A Child's Lent Remembered

As we begin Clean Week, I offer any new readers my annual link to my favorite Clean Week reading. Well, it's my favorite reading this week OTHER than the Great Canon of St. Andrew of Crete which is perhaps unparalleled in it's poetic beauty and countless rich scriptural citations. I love this child's reminiscence about the joy of beginning the Fast. I like to read it to my kids each Clean Week to help them get excited for Great Lent.
